SAN CARLO SUITE TORINO S.R.L, hereinafter referred to as the Company, has developed this Privacy Policy in order to describe how the website www.sancarlosuitetorino.it is managed, with reference to the processing of personal data of users/visitors who consult it
This is a disclosure that is made pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, no. 196 (Personal Data Processing Code) – to those who connect to the Company’s corporate website and use its web services from the address www.sancarlosuitetorino.it . The information is given only for the above-mentioned site and not also for other websites that may be consulted by the user through appropriate links.

This privacy policy is an integral part of our site and the services we offer. Access to and use of the site as well as the purchase of products on the site are based on the assumption that this Privacy Policy has been read and understood. Judicial data, again in accordance with Art. 4 of the Code, include personal data suitable for revealing measures referred to in Article 3(1)(a) to (o) and (r) to (u) of Presidential Decree No. 14 November 2002. 313, on criminal records, registry of administrative penalties dependent on crime and related pending charges, or the status of defendant or suspect under Articles 60 and 61 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.


Data retention

The information and personal data of visitors/users collected by this site, including data freely provided in order to obtain the sending of informative material or other communications by filling out the appropriate resume present on the site, will be kept for the sole purpose of providing the requested service and for the duration necessary for the same purpose. Upon completion of the service, all personal data will be destroyed in adherence to this Privacy-Policy, unless otherwise requested by the authority, retention requirements established by law, or unless otherwise specified in particular sections of the website.
